Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation to the left of each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to Kitbag" button.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Please quote your order number in all communications.
If you are shopping from out with the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Payment is not taken until we have confirmed that the goods on order are in stock, have been allocated to your order and are ready to ship.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Payment is not taken for backordered goods until they are in stock and are ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class post or delivery by carrier. A flat charge of £2.95 inc VAT is made to single orders under £100.00 in total. All single orders over £100.00 will be delivered Free of Charge.
For products to be delivered within the EEC a charge of £10.00 inc VAT is made for the first carton. An extra charge of £5.00 inc VAT per carton is made thereafter.
For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £15.00 is made for the first carton. An extra charge of £7.50 per carton is made thereafter.
For products delivered to BFPO addresses, the delivery is charged at standard UK shipping rates. Please select United Kingdom as the delivery destination and enter your BFPO number in the Post/Zip code section.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 5 working days. Club-Store purchases are subject to longer delivery timescales as agreed at the time of production. Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received.
Goods are dispatched within the UK mainland via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery from date of dispatch within the UK.
Goods are dispatched out with the UK by a Standard Air Mail service.
Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery to non-UK addresses.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and we will deduct the VAT for you before we send out your order.
Some overseas BFPO addresses are entitled to VAT free shopping. If you qualify for this, you must supply (by fax) a signed letter from your company C.O. before placing your order online. Regrettably we cannot refund VAT on any BFPO order after it has been completed and dispatched.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Touchline Sports have adopted a 128 bit Safer key, which gives a reasonable performance whilst being several orders of magnitude beyond where brute force methods could break the encryption. SSL offers only a 40-bit key in non-US implementations (although 56 bit key implementations are now becoming available).
To put things in context, each additional bit of key space takes twice as long to break. So a 41 bit key is twice as strong as a 40 bit key. The 128 bit key used in Actinic Catalog is 4,722,366,482,869,645,213,696 times as strong as the SSL 56 bit key.
